Our Clients

National Health and Medical Research Council

“Tara is doing a fantastic job for us here at NHMRC, and we’d like to extend the arrangement.”

Menslink

“Proximity have been fantastic. I’ve personally worked with a whole range of legal firms over my 20 or 30 year career. Large organisations and small organisations. Proximity’s different, because they don’t just give us legal advice, they actually work with our documents, processes and forms to change things for the better.”

Australian Taxation Office

“The unique procurement approach devised by Proximity has been well received by industry, ATO and other Commonwealth agencies; and the arrangements are also being used by a number of other Commonwealth agencies.”

Anglicare Australia

“We had people in Darwin, Adelaide, Sydney and Canberra who all needed to have input to this project. Working with a legal firm that was going to bill us in six minute intervals wasn’t going to work. The thing that we really felt was different was that Proximity sat with us to understand what we wanted the outcomes to be. We built this product together.”

Australian Maritime and Safety Authority

“Thanks for your help on the project. It was great to get it completed in the timeframe.”

Defence CIOG

“Proximity’s assistance with our project was invaluable. The system went live with zero defects, delivered on time and within budget, zero CCPs to any of the three contracts and a seamless transition for users. The transition was so smooth the team and I were bored waiting for disasters to resolve, but nothing. All the hard work and planning paid off.”

Department of Defence

“The people in Proximity that I’ve worked with have all been first-class. They’re not only exceptionally professional; they’re pragmatic. They’re also bringing a real human contribution to the project as well.”
