Amelia joined Proximity following a successful thirteen-year career working in the national security field for the Federal Government, where she developed exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, built strong working relationships with clients and colleagues across industry and government.

Amelia is a certified change management practitioner who has driven strategic reforms and business transformation programs across Federal and State Government enterprises. For the past twelve months Amelia was embedded with a program team where she prepared change management reporting and artefacts to support the design and implementation phases of a transformational program delivering people, process and technology solutions to critical business needs.

Amelia is an award-winning manager who was commended for her work successfully designing and implementing a bespoke workflow management system, where she was commended for displaying superior levels of dedication, commitment and enthusiasm. Amelia works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and comfortably balances competing priorities to deliver the best outcome.
