Most recently, Cait was part of a taskforce review team within the Department of Health.
This project included recommending policy changes to modernise and extend hearing services to vulnerable Australians not included in existing health programs.
Experience
Cait is a seasoned executive with 25 years’ experience in strategic communication and stakeholder engagement.
Cait has extensive experience in leading customer-focused business strategies for Australian and international organisations across a range of industries.
These include health, infrastructure, telecommunications, emergency services, rail, aviation, construction, financial services, Information Technology, education and retail.
Most recently, Cait was a Director at the NSW Department of Customer Service, and at the NSW Telco Authority, where she was responsible for:
- Customers and stakeholder strategy
- Ministerial and department engagement
- Pricing and product development.
In this role, Cait was also the customer lead for the $800 million + Critical Communications Enhancement Project.
Cait was also Head of Communications at the Sydney Airport Corporation where she was responsible for regulatory-related communications and strategic communications.
