Experience

Elisa works as an Advisor in Proximity’s commercial and consulting teams and has experience in program management, organisational planning, stakeholder engagement and communications. She is strategic, results focused and thrives in a highly fluid environment.

Elisa has worked with both state and federal government clients including the Department of Defence, Victorian Health Building Authority and Melbourne Water.

Elisa’s excellent liaison skills enable her to effectively negotiate and influence positive outcomes, and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations. She is a creative problem solver with a proven ability to grasp complex subject matter quickly, analyse key issues and propose an appropriate course of action.

Elisa shares a love of languages and majored in both French and Italian at the University of Melbourne. She is currently learning Portuguese in the hope to continue her travels overseas.
