Experience
Elizabeth is a highly experienced public sector leader, helping clients by drawing on her expertise across public policy, program delivery, governance and reform.
Elizabeth brings 30 years’ experience at international, national and state levels, having successfully led complex and high-profile public sector initiatives and agencies in Australia and overseas through collaboration, advocacy, strong planning acumen, proven stakeholder skills and a focus on delivery and building high performing, diverse teams.
Elizabeth’s roles have included CEO of the Victorian Royal Commission into the Casino Operator and Licence (Crown), acting Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner, acting Victorian Public Sector Commissioner, and Deputy Secretary at the Victorian Department of Premier Cabinet (DPC) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Elizabeth worked for 5 years at the United Nations in Geneva and New York, at Harvard University and was Chief of Protocol at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Elizabeth has a BA from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in Political Science from one of France’s leading universities. Elizabeth has worked in English and French, and was awarded Gold Rings by the IOC for services to the Olympic Movement, and recognised by IPAA as one of the Top 50 Women in the Victorian Public Sector.
Elizabeth is married to Ric with young boys David and Nicholas. Elizabeth enjoys supporting her boys’ sporting pursuits and aspires to becoming an accomplished grower of peonies.
