Ilsa is a passionate and highly dedicated Legal Advisor, who has worked as a Paralegal prior to her joining the Proximity team.
Working as a paralegal in the Youth Law section of Legal Aid ACT, Ilsa has worked with a range of different clients and on an array of different cases. This experience provided her with the opportunity to develop her interpersonal skills and legal research and writing skills. Ilsa has undertaken client interviews, drafted legal documents and letters and worked on complex cases with sensitive issues involving potentially vulnerable clients.

Ilsa is currently undertaking a paralegal position at Legal Aid ACT. This position has aided in developing her legal skills and abilities to effectively communication with clients in a professional manner.
Ilsa is currently undertaking her final year of a combined degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University. Her studies have aided in developing her highly refined research skills and ability to critically think and examine everything she works on.
