Procurement and Tendering experience
Ingrid has been engaged on a number of significant acquisitions and programs for government.
Ingrid’s background as a commercial lawyer advising on major projects means she is well positioned to advise on procurement and tendering.
Ingrid has provided support to clients on a wide range of matters including:
- Developing project management plans and timeframes
- Procurement strategy and approach to market preparation
- Setting up appropriate probity regimes and dealing with probity issues.
Ingrid has also been involved in evaluating tenders, undertaking secretariat functions for highly sensitive negotiations, and drafting complex contractual documentation.
Ingrid has also assisted with drafting briefing material for executive review and preparing approval documentation and exemptions.
Ingrid enjoys working as part of multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver major projects.
Experience
Ingrid is a Senior Advisor with experience providing commercial legal advice on major projects and programs for government.
Ingrid has a broad range of skills and experience in commercial, corporate and regulatory issues, for both public and private sector clients.
Ingrid’s focus is on highly regulated industries and complex government projects.
Most recently she assisted with the $1 billion Welfare Payment Infrastructure Transformation program, the Australian Government’s myGov portal and digital identity program, and advised on high-volume telecommunications services for government.
In her previous role, Ingrid was part of the team advising on significant infrastructure projects including the development of Western Sydney Airport, Canberra Light Rail Stages 1 and 2 and Sydney Gateway.

Ingrid is always on the front foot to understand the project, business context and to assist with identifying issues. She then works with clients to determine how they can achieve their objectives.
Ingrid applies her professional skills and knowledge in a way that is practical, succinct and accessible to clients. On major projects, Ingrid enjoys working as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver ‘best for project’ outcomes.
Ingrid is also committed to contributing to her community, undertaking pro bono work with Proximity and as the Company Secretary of a local not-for-profit.
