Jaimee is a Senior Manager within our People Team, leading the recruitment activities for Proximity.
With a genuine passion for people, Jaimee has held positions across her career involved in managing a variety of stakeholders and clients, from varying backgrounds and industries.
With a strong understanding of the Canberra commercial market, Jaimee has previous strategic recruitment experience for both private sector and government organisations. She enjoys partnering with both colleagues and clients to understand and interpret the needs and requirements and ensures there is a strong alignment in the resources that are provided to ensure an ongoing successful partnership moving forward.
With formal qualifications in Commerce and Sports Management, Jaimee has practical experience in business development and retention, developing and executing commercial strategies, client engagement, relationship management and process establishment, and collaborates with business strategy to deliver outcomes.
Outside of work Jaimee is a proud Kiwi and a keen supporter of all sports, with a passion for the outdoors, sweet treats and NZ wine.
