Organisational Planning and Transformation experience

Jenifer has completed multiple reviews of organizational and governance arrangements for Passports Australia, City Fleet (Brisbane City Council), Parliamentary Services and Home Affairs (formerly Immigration). She has facilitated the development of many strategic and business plans at agency, division and branch levels including for Immigration, Queensland Rail, Treasury, Multicultural Affairs, Medicare, and Attorney-Generals. Jenifer has completed a review of HR policies, guidelines, delegations and forms and developed an intranet HR Toolkit for People, Team Leaders, and HR Managers for the Child Support Agency.  In working with agencies on organisational transformation, Jenifer has designed and delivered tailored Leadership and Management Development Programs to assist agencies in that transformation, including Attorney-Generals, Qld Parliamentary Services, Clifton Shire Council, Health and Ageing.

 

 

Jenifer also provided extensive assistance to Passports Australia in the design and implementation of its comprehensive only Learning and Development Program (OPAL) within its Australian offices, overseas and its business partners. Implementation advice and assistance with this e-Learning Project included:

  • Analysis of business processes
  • Design and conduct of training needs analysis, including advice on learning strategies and programs
  • Development of Request for Tender for self-paced on-line interactive learning program and assistance with tender evaluation
  • Establishment of National Learning and Development Network, including the training of and ongoing coaching of Training Officers and review of job descriptions and organisational arrangements
  • Assistance and advice with development of content for 27 modules in e-learning program, and development of assessment (formative and summative)
  • Development of all supporting training materials
  • Development of national staff newsletters
  • Development of Change Management and Communication Plans
  • Development of Job Competency and Assessment Frameworks

Most recently, Jenifer undertook a comprehensive review of Comsuper’s People Strategy, including multidisciplinary recruitment, career development and career pathways progression, organisational and job design, strategies to maximize investment in learning and development and reduce staff turnover, and organisational change issues and strategies.
