Jody has led several programs of work that have encompassed the complete transformation process from strategy development, business modelling, organization capabilities assessment, operating model development and defining the people, process, and technology requirements along with the implementation of these outcomes.  This experience has given Jody a keen insight into defining a working business strategy and what is required to implement these strategies successfully.

Outside of work Jody enjoys his time on the farm he shares with his wife Sharon and their two daughters Johanna and Amelia (and a myriad of pets).  When Jody gets some free time, he loves nothing more than exploring the open roads on his Ducati (or Suzuki … or Honda).
