John is an Advisor at Proximity and is a keen administrative lawyer who has worked at multiple levels of government.

John has worked with government clients to improve administrative decision-making, manage litigation and to implement reforms and improvements. He has also worked on legislation projects and regulatory law.

John is experienced in statutory interpretation and administrative law and their implementation in programs with complex decision-making processes.

He is able to drive improvements to processes to ensure robust and efficient decision-making.

John has a Masters of Legal Practice, Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Music (Composition).

When he is not working, John can be found playing in a musical ensemble or playing bridge.

John speaks Korean and Italian.
