Kathleen has over 20 years experience as a government lawyer including 13 years as Deputy General Counsel at the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Management Authority, in a regulatory context. Kathleen has practiced for many years in various forms of litigation, statutory interpretation, commercial law, public law (including FOI and privacy) and governance matters. She has delivered training on various topics including good decision making and legislative changes.
