Experience
Kimberley has over 12 years’ experience in providing advice in both the public and private sectors, specializing in contracting and procurement.
Kimberley has extensive experience in Commonwealth procurement, probity and commercial law having led a multi-disciplinary team and managed the procurement function for a medium-sized Commonwealth agency. When providing advice, Kimberley translates complex information and delivers it in a concise and accessible manner, focusing on developing the knowledge and skills of her clients.
Kimberley has led negotiations on complex contracts, property transactions and intergovernmental arrangements facilitated by strong engagement with her clients in order to manage legal risks whilst also ensuring that operational requirements are met.
With a focus on continuous improvement and a strategic and wholistic viewpoint, Kimberley also has experience in reviewing current practices, advising on improvements and providing training and updated policies and procedures for all things procurement and contract management.
When she is not ensuring that her clients are achieving value for money, you’ll find Kimberley snuggled up with a good book or entangled in cotton and fabric sewing her latest creation.
