Mike is a highly-experienced ICT procurement consultant with Proximity. He has undertaken major projects in both the public (State, Federal and International) and private sectors. The success of his projects is due to his highly-organised inclusive approach, to the analysis design and implementation of practical innovative solutions while successfully managing risk.
As a procurement specialist, Mike assisted the Department of Defence to procure services to establish ad run a Naval Shipbuilding College to support the $90B Naval Shipbuilding Plan.
Mike has an excellent ability to consult with stakeholders from the business to the CEO, Departmental Secretary or Minister. He will do everything in his power to get the work completed and meet the strategic and business objectives set by management and build successful relationships while managing the portfolio of work. Mike has worked on, managed and facilitated major outsourcing and sourcing activity across many sectors and industries.
