Nicole is an experienced policy and program specialist who is highly regarded for her strategic thinking and innovative approach.

Over the past 15 years, Nicole has led the development, assessment and successful delivery of many large Australian Government infrastructure projects and industry research collaboration programs.

In addition, Nicole has provided robust, proactive, innovative advice and direction on complex matters including significant water infrastructure projects across Australia.

In particular, Nicole led the Australian Government’s $4 billion flagship industry science collaboration program, the Cooperative Research Centres program.

Nicole delivers quality outcomes on time and within budget and has experience at executive and senior executive levels across several Australian Government agencies.

Nicole is highly regarded by clients for her innovative and effective responses to complex policy, governance, performance and operational challenges.

Nicole’s strengths are in strategic analysis, governance, complex stakeholder engagement, and business case / strategy and implementation plan development.

Nicole has a Bachelor of Science (Resource and Environmental Management) and a Diploma of Project Management.

Nicole is passionate about sustainable housing design, interior design, BMW vehicles and cars in general.

Nicole is married to Mick and together they answer to a very spoilt English Toy Terrier called Maple.
