In delivering the Cooperative Research Centres (CRC) Program, Nicole led the development of several streamlined and innovative recommendations to government.
Subsequently Nicole implemented a revised application and assessment process, compliance and risk management framework and data management system.
This ensured strong value for money outcomes in a transparent environment.

In addition, Nicole has provided robust, proactive, innovative advice and direction on complex matters including significant water infrastructure projects across Australia.
In particular, Nicole led the Australian Government’s $4 billion flagship industry science collaboration program, the Cooperative Research Centres program.
Nicole delivers quality outcomes on time and within budget and has experience at executive and senior executive levels across several Australian Government agencies.

Nicole is passionate about sustainable housing design, interior design, BMW vehicles and cars in general.
Nicole is married to Mick and together they answer to a very spoilt English Toy Terrier called Maple.
