Paula has extensive experience leading complex projects within a variety of government agencies to implement policy and legal reforms, improve organisational performance, service delivery outcomes and decision-making processes.

Experience

A highly regarded creative thinker with a diverse legal, policy and project management background, Paula is also Proximity’s Group Manager – Client Engagement. Every day she leads the team that connects our clients with our service delivery team.

Paula has advised leaders within government, the private sector, and the not-for-profit sector and developed effective institutional responses to complex policy and operational challenges.  She skillfully manages the political and people dynamics of challenging projects and has led many multi-agency teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Before joining Proximity, Paula held senior executive and executive positions in the Australian Government where she was responsible for the delivery of a number of high profile and priority projects, including at the Attorney-General’s Department, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the Department of Human Services and the Australian Human Rights Commission.
