Peter is a Certified Management Consultant with more than 25 years experience providing management consulting and commercial services to government organisations within Australia and New Zealand.

Peter has extensive commercial experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation and vendor and contract management.

This includes as consulting lead on  projects at Whole of Government level, multi-agency co-operative procurement programs and individual Agency programs.

His ICT experience spans hardware, software, managed services, telecommunications, application development  and systems integration.

His experience in business process outsourcing includes call centre services, corporate services functions, valuation services, payments cards, print management, print production, graphic design and warehouse and distribution services.

Peter is particularly skilled in development of integrated service delivery and operating models for outsourced services, including development of requirements specifications, performance measurement and relationship management arrangements.

He has also worked on a wide range of product and services sourcing programs.

He is an experienced facilitator and negotiator and has added significant business value to procurement and sourcing projects.
