Phil Cholewick

Experience

Phil has built up a successful track record in the supply chain industry delivering and managing large scale technology related commercial solutions to blue chip organisations in both Australia and the UK. He is a passionate advocate for getting the right business outcome through effective and efficient commercial practices.

As Head of Supply Chain Management for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Phil was the UK Government‘s procurement representative and interface with the London Olympic Games Organising Committee and public sector delivery partners. Phil managed key areas of supply and demand risk including capability and capacity planning throughout the Major Events supply chain for London 2012.

Having moved to Australia in 2012, Phil initially helped the ACT Government begin its procurement services transformation change program before joining Airservices Australia where he led the IT & Technology sourcing and commercial management portfolios.  Phil has demonstrated deep expertise providing strategic procurement advice on major Facilities and Technology related sourcing programs. As the Strategic Partner Manager he most recently led the team to successfully acquire a Strategic Partner to modernise the Enterprise’s Airways Network. Now in the private sector he is currently helping the Australian Defence Force develop commercial strategies to deliver complex, high value technology solutions.
