Experience
Russell has 18 years’ experience leading large teams through complex transformations during volatile and uncertain times in the higher education and financial services sectors, and is a skilled and passionate researcher, investigator, and reviewer.
Russell helps clients go further by building up their capacity and capability through learning, development, and mentoring. He brings his skills and expertise ranging from capital infrastructure project management and delivery, to organisational transformation and digital service delivery and design.
Outside of the office, Russell enjoys helping and building his community’s resilience from both the boardroom of the local hospital as well as the back of a fire truck with the local brigade. He, his partner, and their two daughters, love slowly restoring their 1850s farmhouse, gardening, and looking after their chooks.
