Experience
Su-Ann is a management consultant and lawyer with over 13 years of experience in commercial and capability improvement projects. Su-Ann listens to client’s needs and draws on her legal, commercial and science backgrounds to provide contextual solutions.
Su-Ann has supported clients across the full procurement and contracting lifecycle in Government and private sector industries.
Most recently, Su-Ann has delivered end-to-end procurement support to the Department of Defence. Su-Ann was responsible for procuring specialised Navy platform training services. This involved leading all phases of the procurement including:
- procurement planning
- approach to market
- tender evaluation
- contract negotiation
- supplier phase in and contract management start up.
On the consulting side, Su-Ann has developed tailored solutions for Government clients including:
- corporate plans
- performance metrics and reporting frameworks
- commercial governance frameworks and optimisation strategies.
Her experience includes working at a senior level in in-house legal teams to not only enable corporate performance but improve legal team operations and efficiencies.
