Tom has strong oral and written advocacy skills, having worked on various inter-governmental and jurisdictional projects and working groups.
Tom is skilled at analysing complex legal and policy issues and identifying ways to achieve optimal outcomes for clients, particularly in highly complex and sensitive matters. He is highly regarded for his skills in identifying pragmatic approaches to achieve solutions.
Tom holds a number of degrees including a Master of Laws from Melbourne University, specialising in international law and counter-terrorism.
When not at work, Tom enjoys fly-fishing, camping and kayaking in Canberra’s surrounding regions with his family.
