Twoey is a Canberra based Advisor with a background in Commonwealth procurement and administrative policy development.
Twoey brings more than four years of experience working on Commonwealth commercial and procurement activities, including tender development, management, and evaluation. He has also contributed to the development and implementation of internal procurement policies and best practice materials.
Twoey takes a thorough and analytic approach to his work, paired with a pragmatic understanding of the need to achieve efficient and effective outcomes in procurement and contract management.
When he’s not at work, Twoey and his wife Lyn look after two young cats – one who loves to eat and another who loves to play. Twoey is also a frequent blood and plasma donor, having made over 190 donations since 2010.
