Zoe is Proximity’s Co-CEO and a member of the Proximity Advisory Council. She is a lawyer and highly experienced leader, with over 15 years working in Executive and General Management roles.
Zoe leads Proximity’s core business functions across finance, operations, governance, risk management, technology, and marketing and communications. She is highly skilled in leading teams with large budgets and is a specialist in leading change and developing workforce capability to improve business outcomes.
Zoe is a critical thinker and excellent negotiator. She is passionate about culture as an enabler of high performance, mentoring future leaders and empowering others to achieve and exceed goals.
When not at work, Zoe enjoys keeping fit. As a former elite athlete, Zoe plays an active role in supporting Rowing and Netball at the local and national level.
