Monica’s recent endeavour explored the intricate world of government-to-government procurement using the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. She is particularly adept at navigating FMS having previously worked within the Department of Defence advising on FMS procurement policies and processes.

Monica’s vendor management skills are underscored by a strategic, collaborative approach, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with vendors. Her contributions to procurement processes and policy development have significantly enhanced operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction within her engagements.

Holding a Bachelor of International Relations with a focus on International Development, Monica’s academic background complements her professional acumen.
