Zoe is a highly accomplished leader and lawyer with over 20 years of experience in executive, legal and general management roles. As the Managing Director of both Proximity Advisory Services and Systems Planning & Analysis Australia (SPA Australia), and the National Lead of Proximity’s Legal Practice, Zoe excels in fostering high-performing teams that deliver impactful outcomes for clients.
Zoe drives the development and implementation of Proximity’s strategy, and leads core business functions across finance, people, operations, ESG, risk management, technology, and marketing and communications. As the National Lead – Legal, she works closely with clients and Proximity’s lawyers to deliver services in a way that best supports client needs and ensures a first-rate experience for clients and staff.
She is a critical thinker and excellent negotiator, passionate about culture as an enabler of high performance, mentoring future leaders, and empowering others to achieve and exceed goals. Zoe is also an Australian Olympic rowing representative and a Rowing Australia Paralympic Technical Classifier.
