Responsibilities
- Deliver some of the Commonwealth’s biggest and most complex procurements (ICT, Materiel/Defence, general procurement)
- Leverage your Commonwealth Government procurement and contracting life-cycle expertise, everyday
- Support or lead streams of work including RFQ development, approach to market, evaluation processes, and contract management, compliance assessment, gap analysis, risk assessment, pricing and value for money assessment for on time delivery
- Support the collaborative negotiation with suppliers, anticipate problems and encourage strong performance outcomes for your client
- Build client capability through relationships and knowledge sharing
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2 years + experience providing Procurement & Contracts experience within the Federal Government
- Cert IV in Procurement & Contracts or similar (desirable)
- Baseline security clearance (NV1 and above highly desirable)

Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including configuration and maintenance.
- Manage security settings such as MFA, conditional access, and threat protection.
- Implement compliance policies, including DLP and data retention across Microsoft 365.
- Maintain and monitor sensitive networks to ensure performance, security, and uptime.
- Oversee physical and environmental security of the facility hosting sensitive IT infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with PSPF, ISM, and Essential Eight cyber security frameworks.
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT service requests and incidents via the internal ticketing system.
- Procure IT hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for delivery and support.
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance and system upgrades with internal teams and external providers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure roles within a corporate or government environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, including documentation and reporting
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities
- A proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
- Knowledge of and/or experience with cyber security standards, such as the Essential Eight, PSPF, and ISM
- To be eligible for this role, you must hold — or be able to obtain — an Australian Government Security Clearance
Over 3 years’ experience working within government, consulting, or a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
