Elise has 20 years’ experience in legal and commercial roles, including 12 years in the public sector. She has Senior Executive level experience leading in-house legal, compliance and procurement functions, and supporting enterprise transformation projects. An effective communicator and collaborator, Elise enjoys working with broad stakeholders at all levels to deliver valuable client and customer outcomes.
Across multiple entities, Elise has been instrumental in modernising legal, compliance and procurement functions through service redesign, capability uplift, and process improvement. She is able to lead effective service and project delivery in environments of legal and operational complexity.
Elise has led significant procurement and sourcing initiatives, including overseeing commercial strategy and ICT vendor management for large-scale government projects. She has led negotiations on business-critical contracts for government service delivery, combining technical ability with a clear focus on the client’s goals and operating environment.
Elise has a Bachelor of Laws and an Executive MBA.
When not working, Elise can usually be found outdoors or on the water.
