Henri is an experienced Bid and Proposal Manager, working in the Client Engagement Team.
With over seven years of experience in the industry, Henri has led bid functions across multiple regions including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. He is results-driven and relationship focused, forging partnerships across the organisation to deliver consistent high quality bids and proposals.
Prior to joining Proximity, Henri was the Bid Manager for an Australian Procurement and Supply Chain Consultancy, supporting public and private sector bidding across Australia and New Zealand, as well as several countries in Asia.
Outside of work, Henri is focused on spending as much time as possible with his young family, so you can find him visiting places around Australia, or when he has nothing planned, working on improving the house or taking care of the fruit garden.
