Joshua Cox

Consulting experience

Joshua has strong leadership skills and experience in leading high value projects to successful outcomes. Joshua has built up a significant amount of experience working with clients and key stakeholders. Joshua has the ability to create solutions that are innovative and deliverable and his built up this strength during his time in the public service.

Joshua has recently finished his secondment at Defence Community Organisation where he helped delivered a business process improvement solution. This involved working with the client to develop Standard Operating Procedures, Process maps and future process improvements.

Experience

Joshua is an Advisor at Proximity and has recently completed his secondment at Defence Community Organisation.

Prior to this, Joshua worked at the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) and the Department of Home Affairs.

During his time at the ABS Joshua has had experience leading high-value projects, teams and designing integral business processes and solutions.

Joshua has had significant experience working with external stakeholders and clients to improve processes and solve complex problems which affect multiple streams.

He has recently completed his Bachelor in Social and Economic Policy and is currently studying his Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
