Experience

Sophie has over six years experience in the Federal Government, including over four years as a Commercial Consultant in Defence Acquisition and Sustainment.

Sophie has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts and was admitted to the NSW Supreme Court Roll of Lawyers in 2018.

Sophie has a thorough understanding of Commonwealth procurement legislation and contracting mechanisms including experience with multi-million dollar Defence Acquisition and Sustainment contracts through to the Commonwealth Contracting Suite.

Sophie assists clients to get the best possible outcomes through her logical and pragmatic guidance informed by her legal background and commercial acumen.

Sophie is married to Phil, who together have two beautiful and energetic young children Mason and Isla. You will often find them outside exploring, going to the beach or having a family picnic. Sophie enjoys horse riding and attempts to squeeze in a ride or two when she has spare time.
