We’ve advised on a range of high-profile projects and programs, including helping to establish a civil sanctions regulatory regime and compliance and regulatory framework. We’ve also advised on projects ranging from city-wide sewerage strategies, PFAS contamination remediation, to the procurement of asset maintenance and management systems and an agency-wide review of workforce capability. Expert Advisor Malcolm Thompson, spent 17 years on policy development, regulation and program delivery in the environment, water and agriculture portfolios, including as a Deputy Secretary in the Environment and Agriculture departments.
